We are very good at going to God with our prayers and supplications, but we are not always good at listening, or waiting on him for an answer. In times of uncertainty, we can grow impatient and make choices that are not in line with God’s will in our lives. Although we are certainly capable of making the right and even good choices, we are also capable of making poor and even disastrous choices that can lead to death, destruction, and even eternal separation from God. To be separated from God is the point of no return, and none of us want that. So, when we go to him in prayer and supplication, may we have the patience to wait on him, and know that his way is the right way.

“But God demonstrates his own love for us in that the Messiah died on our behalf while we were still sinners.” Romans 5:8, CJB

God poured out his grace and love that day he gave his son to be crucified for us. Although we know this to be true, we are not infallible. We make choices every day, and sometimes those choices are wrong, but his grace finds us. His grace will continue as long as we continue to live our lives for him. We may be in this world, but we don’t have to be of it. Remember him in every choice and you’ll be less likely to make the wrong one.

Do you have someone in your life that no matter what good you do, they find something wrong with what you’re doing? They try to break you down and shame you, sometimes in front of others.  
 
It’s hard to deal with a person that does that, but it can be done when your heart is open to Yeshua.  With prayer and worship, and being in his word, you are given the knowledge and wisdom to handle anything the adversary throws your way.  Anything you do in Yeshua’s name, Adonai will honor.  So, stand firm and don’t let yourself be shaken.  Adonai will see you through.

We find it so easy to praise and thank Yeshua when things are going well, but when we worry about the things around us, we tend to forget who’s in charge.  We start to play the “what if” game.  What if I’m wrong, what I fail, what if I don’t….  Things aren’t always going to go our way.  We are going to have hiccups in life, but we can’t let those things hold us down.  Instead, we walk forth in faith and acknowledge him in all he does.  Cause even if we don’t get our way, he has a plan for us.  So go forth in faith this week, and praise him in all things, cause he is worthy of it all.
