“Your beauty should not consist in externals such as fancy hairstyles, gold jewelry or what you wear; rather, let it be the inner character of your heart, with the imperishable quality of a gentle and quiet spirit. In God’s sight this is of great value.” - 1 Peter (Kefa) 3:3-4, CJB Happy Monday Everyone! As you look in the mirror this morning and begin to make yourselves beautiful, remember to see the beauty of God in your heart. For it is what is in your heart that really comes through in your appearance, the rest is just incidental. We are all beautiful in Gods eyes, so let your hearts reflect that beauty. What comes through in that beauty will also come through in your character. Good character is of great value to God. May God's beauty and character emanate from you, and may it be contagious to those around you. You are precious to Him. Be a Blessing and Be Blessed! “Young men may grow tired and weary, even the fittest may stumble and fall; but those who hope in Adonai will renew their strength, they will soar aloft as with eagles’ wings; when they are running they won’t grow weary, when they are walking they won’t get tired." - Isaiah 40:30-31, CJB Last week was a bear. Every wrong thing that could happen, happened. Maybe you fell into the trap of worry, forgetting Yeshua who walks beside you. You went to your place of worship, received prayer and left your sins and concerns on the altar. Problem is, you left him on the altar too. Yeshua is someone we should be carrying in our hearts all the time. Our hope in Adonai makes us stronger. When we have his strength inside of us, we can get through anything. This is the beginning of a new week. Remember to daily put the “Armor of God” on you. May his strength inhabit you, may you soar on wings like eagles. Be a Blessing and Be Blessed! During this time, we read special Haftorah readings, starting with Isaiah chapter 40. Also, during this time, we reflect on the past year. What we did right, what we did wrong? Did we carry ourselves in a way that reflects Adonai or Yeshua in our lives? We see that even through our sins, he poured his mercy over us. We see that where we were weak, He made us strong. As we reflect on these things and repent of our sins, we make our hearts right with Adonai. As believers in Yeshua, let us all take this time to pause and reflect on this past year. Let us repent of ours sins and reconcile ourselves to God and continue to live ours lives for him. Be a Blessing and Be Blessed! Monday Morning Inspirational By Rebbitzen Kat 9th of Ellul, 5779 | 9th of September, 2019 “[The righteous] cried out, and Adonai heard, and he saved them from all their troubles. Adonai is near those with broken hearts; he saves those whose spirit is crushed. The righteous person suffers many evils, but Adonai rescues him out of them all. He protects all his bones; not one of them gets broken.” - Psalm 34:18-21 CJB Have you ever really thought about how good God is and how much He truly loves you? For every bad thing that’s been done to you, and every bad thing that you’ve done, He’s been there holding you up. Through all the pain and suffering, through all the crying and the hurt, You may not have known it in the moment, but He was there. When you came to know Yeshua, you came to know the mercy and goodness of God; His glory began to show through you. Your life started to change, you became a new person. All the past hurts washed off you. You left your past behind you and a new life began. You repented of your sins and forgave those who hurt you. You saw that God had a purpose for your life and you began to live for Him. Now when people come against you, His mercy and goodness will show through you. If this is your story, reach out to someone who needs to hear it, so they can know the mercy and goodness and the fullness of God. Be a Blessing and Be Blessed!
