“But I consider my own life of no importance to me whatsoever, as long as I can finish the course ahead of me, the task I received from the Lord Yeshua — to declare in depth the Good News of God’s love and kindness.” - Acts 20:24, CJB How we do ministry has changed a lot over the last month and a half. Because of COVID-19, we were told to leave our congregations and stay in place at home. Many of us took the initiative and found other ways to continue our services through social media. Others went to the roadsides and drive-ins to reach their people. Still others found other innovative ways to do the ministry God called them to do. Ministry isn’t something that just stops because of change; it’s what we continue to do no matter the circumstances. We do this because it’s a part of us, it’s in our DNA. Many of us are honored that God would call us to ministry. He saw something in us that we didn’t. When things change around us, we need change with it. Our congregational settings will open back up soon, but social media is still going to be there. Whatever ministry God has called you to, this is a time to broaden our horizons. God has given us such a gift, we need to use it to our full advantage! Be a Blessing and Be Blessed!
